A preview of “House M.D.” episode 5.10 has been released. The preview features Dr. Lisa Cuddy moving into Dr. Gregory House’s office while her own office is being repaired.

In the episode entitled “Let Them Eat Cake”, House and his team deal with a high-profile fitness trainer who collapses while shooting an infomercial. As the team tests her, the patient’s condition continues to worsen. The team soon discovers that the patient has a slimming secret that may be contributing to her deteriorating condition.

The episode also presents, Thirteen begins her participation in a clinical drug trial for Huntington’s disease while Kutner sets up an online medical advice clinic under House’s name.

Kal Penn and Olivia Wilde will be seen starring once again as Dr. Lawrence Kutner and Thirteen on the episode “Let Them Eat Cake” which will be aired on December 2 at 8/7c on FOX network.

An out-of-ordinary episode will be presented by “House M.D.” next week, and a preview of it has been given. For years, House has solved many rare and mysterious medical cases, but he never faces one with a gun. A sick man, played by Primetime Emmy-winning actor, Zeljko Ivanek, comes in House’s office, complaining that he has sought help from 16 doctors in the last two years but none helps.

When House refuses to help him, he takes out a gun and threatens the doctor’s life unless House finds a cure for him. The man then holds House, Thirteen, and several patients hostage in Cuddy’s office. He also forces Thirteen to act as a guinea pig for his treatments and House has to end the standoff before a SWAT team opens fire. Lisa Eldstein who plays Cuddy told E! on this particular scene, “They happen to be in my office, so I’m trying to make sure everybody stays alive.”

Some spoilers have been provided also by Eldstein who reveals that “somebody dies”. It allegedly will be Thirteen who takes many dose of whatever the man is taking while her own health is no good. Also, according to EW’s Michael Ausiello, for the first time, Thirteen will refer to herself by her real name, Remy. The episode is called “Last Resort” and will air November 25.

FOX have released another preview to their medical dramedy show “House M.D.“. On the November 18 episode called “Emancipation”, House and the team will handle a case where a young factory manager drowns her lungs in liquid that causes her to have delusions. Apart from the medical reasons, they too must find out what the teenager has been doing to herself.

The girl patient informs House and team that she is an emancipated minor living on her own and supporting herself, and has ever since her parents passed away. The team begins treatment for suspected heart problems, and House emphasizes that they keep it strict to the medical procedures of finding what’s the cause of the disease and not treating them for “chronic idiocy.” But when Kutner chooses to sympathize with the patient rather than follow House’s directions, he and the team find out the hard way that the girl may not be telling them the truth.

Meanwhile, Foreman asks for House’s permission to work on a clinical trial and House rejects his proposal. In an effort to prove himself capable of working without House’s supervision, Foreman takes on his own pediatric case. But when the unexplained illness brings the child to the brink of death, Foreman is left questioning his ability to work free from House’s custody.
